We want you to love your Mattel fashion items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn apparel and accessories back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
